Hey, we are not sure police officers are allowed to do this! US police girl Nicole uses her baton to threaten her prisoner Tracey, forcing her on her knees, cuffing her behind her back, and finally into a hogcuffed position! She even pulls the poor prison girl’s hair (while laughing) and then simply walks away. Surely this is a case of police brutality?
