In our list of Swedish police women, Jenni C should be right there at the top, because she is hot, blonde, and she looks amazing in uniform! This girl loves to play with handcuffs (and even bondage), so self cuffing is no problem for her! The problem is that she never mastered unlocking her cuffs behind her back.
