Alice can’t miss her shift

Nurse Alice can’t believe what has happened to her! She was on her break, and her friend (also a nurse) thought it would be funny to cuff her. Apparently, she convinced a security guard to borrow her these speedcuffs for this prank. Alice is not amused, because her friend is nowhere to be seen and she needs to get back to her shift!! Does anyone know how to get speedcuffs off without a key??
