Nurse Tillie has always wanted to try a pair of handcuffs, and now she finally got her hands on a pair of black speedcuffs! She doesn’t know whose cuffs they are but she is secretly going to try them on. Tillie is so excited, she doesn’t even think about where she is or how to get out of these restraints.
