Wonder Cindy gets stuck

Wonder Cindy? Who does Cindy Dollar think she is? She told me she is wearing steel bracelets to prevent me from cuffing her. Well, it didn’t work, I managed to get two pairs of speedcuffs (red and blue) on her wrists. She was quite angry about that. But not as angry as when I left her hogcuffed with the key next to her face. Check out her struggles!
