Cindy Dollar – Sure Lock prisoner restraint system

Our inmate Cindy Dollar is going to test the new Sure Lock prisoner restraint system. It is a waist belt that can be adjusted and locked. It needs a handcuff key to unlock. There are two handcuffs attached to the sides with straps. Here is the fun part: the straps can be pulled so the prisoner will go from a lot of freedom to very limited range of motion! The straps lock too! Also, there are two handles at the back of the belt to steer and handle the prisoner in transport. Very secure and restricting!!
