The new policy now is ‘two-in-a-cell’, because of limited jail space and overcrowding. So Oxana and Elliza will have to share the holding cell, whether they like it or not. They are fully shackled as well, making their life even harder. They started off as good friends, but soon there are little things bothering them, and irritation starts to set in.
