Polizistin Phoebe is always quick to get her Smith & Wesson’s hinged cuffs out for an arrest. But when she ends up in her own handcuffs herself, Phoebe is suddenly not as tough as she looks. Members have requested us to add a waist chain, ankle cuffs, and thumbcuffs. No problem. And oops… we gave her the wrong key ;-) It’s sooo much fun to see her struggle!!
